We are examining usage or subscription fees for our manned aircraft customer segment revenue model. In the drone segments, we envision licensing fees from manufacturers and software developers. Based on ongoing customer discovery, licensing may also make sense for OEMs that manufacture flight recorders; embedding our software into this equipment might be the best channel for our product to reach end-users.
Our customer discovery has shown that some airlines are willing to spend $50,000-70,000 on a real-time system which requires the installation of additional equipment. As our system does not require additional equipment, the price we could charge would naturally not be so high. We will determine realistic pricing through future customer discovery.
Our revenue stream may include subscription to real-time data monitoring and storage service as well as real-time data analysis service. We will work with you to find a perfect match between your needs and our services.
